Updated to version 1.8: Supporting now 8 RTM, both 32-bit and 64-bit (doing the terminal server patch)! Sorry for the delay, work kept me quite busy.
@zhiad: And what's not working? What does it say? What build number do you have? Questions over questions..
pt_windows_8_x64_dvd_915416 - not remove watermark ( No speeak English..sorry ) - google traslator - Thank You
@zhiad: It only removes the watermark on beta versions. Why not in the RTM? Because there is none - at least not normally. The watermark you have is probably because your version is pirated. My program was not programmed to remove that note (even though someone could simply adapt it for that)
Peter, the RTM version shows an activate now watermark if the system is still not activated after 3 hours of continuous use, it has nothing to do with piracy for example the enterprise version doesn't need a key to install on a system but after around 3 hours of leaving your computer on you will get an activate now watermark because you didn't activate with a key yet. Also if I recall there is always a 9200 version watermark there from install with the activate now watermark appearing after around 3 hours. Also there is the problem that some personal user features are disabled until activation.
Working, but not working I installed this on Windows 8 64 bit Pro 9200, activated, After the reboot I logged on with the main user. I then connected to RDP on the Windows 8 box with another user and it logged in just fine, however I got a black screen and never came up with anything of any sort, just sat at a black screen.
The source code link in your post goes to version 1.7 - can you update the source code to version 1.8? I'm curious and want to take a look at it Thanks for your hard work on this!
Hi Peter, you can not be sure that the end of patch, so that a single account can run multiple users?
Peter, Can you make this tool for silent install? Forexample: PatchWin8.exe /s /r (R: reboot after run patch....S: silent patch)
