Windows 8 Pro x64 using 30% of the CPU (ntoskrnl.exe) ExEnterCriticalRegionAndAdquire

    Thanks pisthai but its not a virus/trojan/whatever. Im gonna wait till this happend again and use What's Running to see what might happend but with Process Explorer I have all the info that I can find. Seems like is that function (ExEnterCriticalRegionAndAdquireResourceExclusive, which I isolate with the named Process Explorer) that somehow hangs that process and eat all the CPU that can (thx god they dont do this multi-thread, because it would eat all the CPU and instead a core used, I would have all of them dedicated to that).

    That function has 4 threads here, and each thread doesn't eat more than 0.01% of the CPU. Dunno what's wrong with yours, try to kill all non-system processes? o_O Maybe one is heavily using this function. It's maybe a faulty driver too.

    i dont get find =/ Slave could tell me if it is normal to be using 96% in the windows 8 of the disk? in windows 7 this was not happened
    the crashes, happend now in windows 8 . *_* Thanks

    There can happen a lot of things in a OS :D. 'Search Indexer' jumps to my mind here.
