Hello all, I have a rather newby question me thinks. I am planning to build a new computer from scratch for my 1st time. So my question is this.....when I order the windows 8 pro(full version) for this computer does the "OEM disclaimer" apply to me? I am ASSUMING that since I have no plan to resell it, that this is a non-factor. Everything I'm using will be brand new if that makes a diff.. Thanks to all, ~TheRoofer~
