    Hi Woot332,
good work by the way & thanks.. Does this patch the shell32.dll and the twinui.dll or is this a different type of patch?

My bad. I thought i was still in the watermark patch forum...

I still want this your version (for some special reason), even if you removed it for it is deprecated, please is there any way to retrieve the file now?

What has happened? Did MS write you DMCA notice?

    Thanks.

Anyone got the file woot shared? I used uxstyle but it kept giving me the blank screen so now im after the dll files. ultrauxtheme won't work either because it says that the file is patched but after reboot all stays the same, no theme other than the default can be applied.

The deviantart theme no longer has the files inside.

    please, help :)

Hmm just tested my own patcher and it still works with latest updates from M$.
So I guess ultrauxtheme patcher or uxstyle should work fine too.
Try deleting theme chache and use a different theme.:)

I already cleaned it but no success.

So, my only hope is for you to share your version (x64). I already have your x86 version and it works ok on my older laptop.

    Can you share please?

    Thanks

    You are so mean :p

i don't mind having outdated dlls but its your decision... I hope you change your mind when you read this :)

Just tried ultrauxtheme and it made a backup of the files under system32. It didn't patch at all either system32 nor syswow64...

You are the man! Thanks mate!

I know but on my newer laptop and on my desktop (both running x64) I kept having the blank screen with cursor. And the funny thing is that in one of them no updates were installed for a week. had to system restore them which took me a while...

While on 7 I used to run a patch that modified the dll files and never ran into a problem. Your will not be different.

    Thanks again mate!
