Im not exactly sure what option did it in VirtualBox, but when default configuration (Win7 with expection of increased RAM and video RAM) didnt work, i tured on IO APIC / PAE and it started working...
other than that... i changed the controller to ich9 and set the video mem to 32 MB. ram 1024MB. Host: Win7 x64
Got it working by enabling virtual harddisk support in AMD BIOS. Didnt need to enable "IO APIC" and "PAE/NX".

Anybody that has a solution to how I can install this build on a Virtual Machine? Don't want to use a real computer for this build. Using VmWare Workstation 7.1.4 and has also tried VirtualBox.
Hi, After I failed to install it in VMware, I used the instructions found at betaarchive.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18301 However, I do not have any network support (it is set to NAT, and Windows 8 refuses to connect), and the mouse lag is horrible. I have never used VirtualBox, but I assume it does not have the correct drivers (Guest Additions installation fails). Thus, for those with it installed in VirtualBox, what did you do to get networking working? Thanks!
