I am using HP Pavilion G6 2301ax which comes preloaded with windows 8 SL. Earlier I refreshed my PC as it was running slow. After refresh I found that my C drive is almost full. I checked and found Windows.old folder in it. I checked on the internet and found that there is no harm in deleting that folder. I deleted it in systematic way by using disk clean utility and selected Old Windows installation files. Now,the problem is I can neither upgrade nor refresh my PC. I downloaded ISO image from here,installed it and at the last restart, it says that windows installation was not successful. what should I do now? Is clean format, the only option?
