    Thanks a lot for your precise answer

    Do you mean:
    - even if it is maybe not illegal to create a W2G by using an install.WIM file issued from a W8 Pro (and not from a W8 Enterprise version)
    - it is then illegal to activate this W2G using KMS

    Yes, that's true. It's legal to install W2G, but the activation with Non-Genuine Key or illegal KMS Servers. If you have access to an legal KMS Server, that activation would be legal (in case the Owner of that KMS Servers allow it)!

    But many things are done just so, so!
