Any fix for this? I also have the same problem... Works fine on Windows 8, but on 8.1, I am unable to use the metro Skype app and metro cam apps (tried other cam apps as well). There is no image / black screen. Will work on Skype for desktop or other cam desktop software. I have Logitech as well, and I've reinstall display drivers/cam drivers, etc. Nothing works :/ Hope they fix this soon
