If you have to choose between english and Portuguese after Booting Setup, the "lang.ini" file still contains "en-us". You maybe generated the lang.ini before removing the en-us language pack from install.wim, so it still contains both languages.

Open your DVD\Sources\lang.ini and look what is written inside.

Some packages arent needed those are skipped automatically so it will only add the needed ones

Language pack for Server?

In the header in the smartboyhw's post, there is the link to file:

1. Please explain more excatly what files I should put in the cmd folder.
2. Where do I find this Windows-LocalPack-XX-Package.cab.
3. Will this guide delete the english language so when I install it, I don't have to change from english to my language.
4. I am only able to extract the folder setup\sources from my lp.cab file. Notice that this only is one folder with subfolder sources\nl-nl in it. Why does the guide tell me to create two seperate folders, one called setup, one called sources...when it really should be LP\setup\sources\nl-nl\allthefiles
5. About the WinPE files, is it only the files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\Assessment and Deployment Kit\Windows Preinstallation Environment\amd64\WinPE_OCs\nl-nl I should copy to the WinPE folder.
or is there more files I should copy?

1. CMD folder you only have to put ImageX and OSCDIMG there
2. I forgot to delete that they arent localpacks for windows 8
3. It will delete english if you want to keep english don't use any of the /remove-package commands..
4. yes theres only setup and you just have to copy setup folder to LP
5. Yes you are just right there but I dont know if you got the RTM ADK... because I think its not available VelleX posted some WinPE RTM languages in some previous page
