Windows 98 Second Edition Download Link [Legal]

    Ok--I'm new to this group but wanted to get a copy of Windows 98 SE so I can run an older flatbed scanner...and AcerScan 620PT Prisa. Can't get it to work with XP Pro SP3. The install/driver software I have only has 95 and 98. So I've downloaded the OS (see link in Quote) to a flash drive..but it is in .7z. Where do I find freeware to open/unzip this type file??

    use vuescan to use your old scanner on windows xp up to windows 10 ( généric scanner driver )
