If i were you i would be more concerned about the integrity of the system. Check av, system files and disk.

 

new system, virtual machine, no av installed yet, clean install

 

Download the pack on the host pc (not install but store for later) and copy the downloaded files to the vm and install.

 

tried this, same problem on the host machine

 

I will test if it's possible at all on a vm.

 

I got ADK10586 downloaded and installed on a VM so it should be possible.

 

i know it's possible, is there any chance that you can upload the deployment tools?
