My session windows do not appear with transparent borders, just within the last week my laptop crashed and I had to carry out a DSK-CHK, the Windows Aero classic display option is now missing from the color scheme list after re-booting. My laptop was bought pre-loaded with Vista Home Premium so I don't want to fork out just to get the driver, how did this happen and can I download the missing portion of software to repair what's missing, can you help! yours sincerely, John, Northolt, West London, UK
You should just be able to go to the laptop manufacturer's website and download a new driver. If they charge for it, then there is something severely wrong with them. If they do charge post back with the make and model of the graphics and we'll point you in the right direction to download the driver.
