    That Chinese apps is actually a tool(developed by another guy) to execute apps migration:
    1. To pack the apps of the source OS into appx. files.
    2. To produce the license(or cert.)
    3. To import the license into target OS
    4. To unpack and install the apps from the appx files in the target OS.
    OK, back to your question, those were the app folders in winblue he copied to his "new folder" to execute 1. & 2. for the 4 winblue apps;
    but when he tried to install the other 2(procedure 3. & 4.), he said it requires a "higher cert.", so atm it is only the alarm and the cal. appx files that could be installed.

    What happens when boot to "save mode" in Windows Blue ?
    (When Windows 8 boot to "save mode" it boot direct to desktop)

    Windows Blue Activation:

    0.(Google) Windows 8 generic volume serial key

    1.Install Windows blue With gvlkProfessional=MTWNQ

    2.Downlad & Activate With KMSAuto v2.21 Portable EN

    3.Backup store folder IN C:\Windows\System32\spp

    4.Add Media Center with:
    gvlkProfessionalWMC=MY4N9
    gvlkProfessionalWMC=MBFBV (Google this KEY)

    5.Backup store folder IN C:\Windows\System32\spp

    I get following result:
