    Everyone's opinion is different here.

It'd be better for me to wait, till official announcement from Microsoft.

Anyone knows how to display the all apps view in the modern ui with keyboard and mouse? I saw a video and with touch you need to swipe from bottom to up for display the all app view but how to do it without touch? thanks! ;)

I just tried the feature: slide to shutdown. You see same as the picture you posted and if you slide down the panel the computer shuts down ;)

to clarify, In metro app if you drag from top to bottom it will close the app.
In desktop and in start screen if you do that it will shutdown the pc, right ?

Yes: i tried it in the classic desktop and it shuts down the computer yes. Didn't try it in the start screen becouse the search doesn't display that file.

I guess, it's your lock screen and not a separate app, isn't it?

If so, pc will shutdown :D

I always thought about this useless lock screen in current W8 but now it suddenly makes sense when using it for both login and shutdown
