    This variable "CanSuppressStartScreen" also appears in:
    C:\Windows\System32\spp\tokens\ppdlic\twinui-ppdlic.xrm-ms
    Perhaps somebody can find a method to activate this feature via tokens replacement or registry entry or policy.
