    i don't understand what you means....

    This news means that if you have more than 1 pc and all your pc's linked to your microsoft account then if you uninstall an app from 1 pc, it will also uninstall from all your pc's.

    If you want to uninstall an app only for your current pc not all then you have to tick an option as you can see in screenshot.

    and to have a Microsoft Account linked to Windows, Internet is required.

    did you try it on multiple PC's with Same Microsoft Account because that's what this news is all about
