Well who knows, what i found weird is that Julie did not mention it's a preview at all in a Video, but simply that the update is available by the end of June with their BUILD Event, She said Everyone who has Windows 8 will be able to go to the Windows 8 Store and click on it like you would on any App and it will download and update your System.. So if we take this into considerating, if it's a preview which is obviously free, then the Final kinda has to be free too because of how easy it's apperently going to be to install.. Go to Store, Click the Update Tile, click Install.. and voilà you will be updated to 8.1, so technically this "Preview" should use your W8 Key and not add a timebomb or else people who install it without knowing what they do will be screwed when all of a sudden the Final is paid and don't want to pay for it but would need to because of a timebomb.

I hope you understand what i mean, if it works like she said, Blue will not be a paid upgrade or the Preview will not come with a timebomb this time around.
