Hi all there, I need to know if there's a registry trick / tweak to make Windows Defender works again in Windows 8.1 Professional WMC RTM when by default (into the Windows registry) the Program files directory is no longer C:\ (the Windows O.S. partition) but a different partition on the same HDD. Same question for some other program files (Wordpad, Photo viewer, etc.). Everytime I change that value into the registry those programs ends working, and I cannot fix them in the registry, even as admin, because I'm not allowed to. Any help is really welcome. Regards.
