I tried on a VM yesterday with a W8 pro converted to WMC and Microsoft free key already integrated with your tool.

The activation was succesfull is that normal ?

Will it be also succesfull if I add the key during the W8 instal with a W8 pro converted to WMC without serial ?

Maybe I did something wrong but when I create AIO x86 & x64 and burn to dvd and when installing, it ask for serial number. This's what i did. Convert windows 8 x86 RTM to WMC w/key. successful. Then convert windows 8 x64 RTM to WMC w/same key as I input from x86. successful. Now I create AIO x86 and x64, then to iso, and finally to dvd. When installing, it asked for key. What did i do wrong?

If I only convert rtm to wmc w/out doing AIO, installation works fine and activated.

Got it to work on x84 and x64. What I did was I Unchecked Deleted EI.cfg

Just used it to convert win8pro to wmc iso. Took sometime to navigate and setup the processes but thats all part of the learning game.

one question is the feature that Convert Windows 8 Professional to ProfessionalWMC iso already included required data.dat or not ?

Can someone tell me step by step instruction on how to use this app to make win8 pro wmc? I have tried but failed many times. My understanding is the app has the dat file needed but where do I choose that? I choose win8 pro as source not the core....both wims were ticked....the only place I seen that would allow me to pick was the tweaks section and it brought up 10 reg enteries and I choose all of them and its on 2 of 10 and hanging....been over 30 mins now. What am I doin wrong? I know its me the user. lol

Thank you Kevin but I dont see where to add dat/ei.cfg anywhere....also is it normal for the core file not to show after intergating mce? I no longer have option to install the core. Just asking, new to this. lol Thanks again. I didnt add my key...is that why no option for dat/ei.cfg?

Works perfectly to make WMC version, but as said by Cerberus (and other) I did not find how to manage step 5 (Select Replace data.dat/Add ei.cfg ).
There is no choice or button to do that.

Adding data.dat from an existing activated version (same hardware) would be great. No need to be activated by MS with Internet when installing Windows8proWMC. Could be used for offline installation. ??
