This is a really good job friend, will greatly facilitate my work. Thanks for sharing, and congratulations. "Tradition is the personality of imbeciles." Albert Einstein
OK, I guess hakan_710 and I both did about the same thing at the same time! (Great minds think alike!) And like him, I would like to express my THANKS!!!! for this nice tool!! I use a WinPE_SE USB stick, with WinNTSetup by JFX. This way, I can install XP, W7 or W8 from one USB stick. I can also install all 3 OS's to one PC (hiding one from the other, booting with Grub). And all the installs are completely unattended! On my first try, I forgot to edit the autounattended.xml file, but the second test went great! This reminded me, by just using a different xml file, I can setup W8 in English, or (in my case) Dutch! Nice!! (And as I said, fully unattended). Thanks to all you guys for providing us with wonderful tools like this!!! Next step is to take my "IPV6" activation files from a previous (English) install, to this new Dutch install. Once more, using a tool/guide I found here on MDL (JaguarXJ12).
This Tool need a Language Pack in .exe Format. Where can i get the German Language Pack for this Tool .exe? Thx. German, Enterprise, x64
language pack isn't exe file. it's .cab file look this thread ://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/34664-Windows-8-Language-Packs/ (sorry this link my post count not enough)
I can not choose a cab file, only a .exe file with this tool here I use 1.1 First i start this tool, then i click on "click to select DVD source" then i click on "convert lanuguage packs" then on the "+" and this tool search now for a .exe file
German. The Orginal Iso file is 9200.16384.120725-1247_x64frev_Enterprise_VL_HRM_CENA_X64FREV_EN-US_DVD.iso is extracted....
My mistake!!! You must Mount the Image, then the Tool will work with .cab file. Not mounted, the tool search for a .exe file for Language Pack. My mistake. Sorry and thx thx hakan for the help...
I just downloaded and ran the program, but it says 'Windows 7 Language Pack Integrator'. Even logo is from Windows 7. Is it fine or it switches depending on installed OS?
