As for me I think the main problem I have is with registry (system32\config). Not sure though.

Reconstruction would not allow changing the content of an existent package.

    Q: How to make it?

i did not rename it because i replace all the modified mum from your 17763.1_Windows_10_Enterprise_LTSC_LiteR_amd64_en-US with the one from the folder where it was starter reconstruction

You copied. Did you have a look at the script?

Two different scripts, two different methods.

    Could you post 17763.1_Windows_10_Enterprise_LTSC_LiteR_amd64_en-US script?

i do not have the script , cause as i remember you built that image after i asked for a very lite ltsc image without many staff in it , and you shared only the iso image .

i did not change the script , i just replaced the modified mum files extracted from 17763.1_Windows_10_Enterprise_LTSC_LiteR_amd64_en-US.iso with the one from the 17763.1_Core_to_LTSC_amd64_Starter_style

With 14393 I get same error as @Applegame12345, except the return code is different.
The code I get is 0x80070003 instead of 0x8007051a.

    Q: How to install 14393 NET48 to 10240 and 10586?

    Fact:
Microsoft installs a same build of NET48 to all builds of Insider Previews.

A: The answer is in the Fact.

Yes. But x86/x64/a64 use the same ones. I mean latest builds.

Clean, long way: use the abbodi's script

Dirty, my way: just replace the whole microsoft.net folder with one taken by a updated 14393, dirty but it works perfectly.

I intended x86 broadly as Intel v.s. ARM not x86 as 32bit Intel, whatever... If, prerelease certs are the same as well, then Hypercore 2016 TP4 or Hypercore 2016 should provide the certs to activate your build (not sure which one given you have a mix of behavior on Winver)

    A1: Thanks.

    A2: Good. But it depends.

    Hypercore 2016 TP4 = 10586?
    Hypercore 2016 = 14393?
