i was sleeping at that hour ... never mind , i will stay with 17763.1_Windows_10_Enterprise_LTSC_EXTRA-LiteR_amd64_en-US.install (only 1980 mb in size ) perfect for day to day and updated to day
i was just curios how it will be 14393.4889 as a Starter , compared with 14393.4889 LTSB lite

No. Insider Preview build is usually not compatible between each other.
