Yep, but the prompts alone will confuse people. Heck, they did confuse me, at first. I managed to create 10 Starter without problems after that (although it's not very useful by itself, except as source for all other SKUs).

If that was possible, it would be offered, here. AFAIK, the required packages are not publicly available, they were only for a short time due to an error by MS.

i hope if this project is something like to construct a 1903 /9 LTSC Iso that will be fantastic. are mostly using China Govt base Custom G Edition of win10 i think no but in case if a project that will allow a user to construct a LTSC iso of 1903 & later will be great
