My Windows Live Messenger (2009) 14.0.8117.0416 (official download from MS), when I lose my internet connection, windows messenger will not automatically reconnect after the connection has been reconnected. It just keeps doing the countdown to the connect attempt and just starts counting down again as if I'm not connected to the internet, over and over.
