windows media player 12 aspect ratio

    i would like to know how can i change the aspect ratio of windows media player 12
    i changed the horizontal pixels but the picture does not change
    i just want full screen 4:3 to see the movie at my tv on full screen
    any help pls?

    My advice...... scrap WMP12 as it really isnt that good. Try Media Player Classic. its excellent. Best app for viewing video on a tv. Lots of functionallity ,tweaks etc. You can use different shader effects and adjust all sorts of things including aspect ratio. :D :)

    VLC Player

    VLC Player is another good one you can easily select your aspect ratio and it also plays mkv etc

    I agree Media Player Classic is a much better player than Windows Media Player 12 , but I do like the way Windows Media Player 12 now opens to a customizable library complete with preview icons and everything. It makes video selection easier than the browse method used by Media Player Classic.

    Totally agree with you, + I use K-Lite Mega Codec Pack...

    I'll be trying out my ne 50" Pannasonic Viera 1080p tonight, using MPC of course. :)

    Do you even know how to change aspect ratio?..


    Anyone knows how to change audiolanguage in WMP 12 ?
