no need for 3 party software....log into MS with Enterprise Admin Credentials....make sure u have full ownership of the folder. should delete with no problem.
I have downloaded the program Mbam gave me notification during install for a popup tool but no worries there the program just worked fine
Boot to MEDIA like DVD or USB then advanced options and delete with no issue... but you do have to know cmd or DOS
Simple "disk cleanup" tool (after clicking on it, you have "clean up system files" button) works gr8 , removes windows.old and other install files easily
