windows operating system support????

    hey sorry if it is in the wrong place but earlier today (arround 9am) my mum got a call from 'windows operating system support' im guessing it was bulls**t cos of the japanese person on the end barely able to speak english.

    just wandering if anyone else has had this scam yet and to let you guys know about it

    (im in the UK btw)

    Google and you find lots of people with the same issue = Scam 100% as microsoft never contact users this way.. only if you log a call with them and obtain a case number...

    Nearly millions activate the office 2010 using the telephone method... Even they would not have been contacted by them including myself... don't even bother about it

    Nope,never got a call from any unknown people,most important thing is never give your Phonenumber etc... to anybody :)
