If Audi uses SBS 2K8, then what kind of junk are using those who are making that Nano s***. Wait, I know, they are using Tetris v1.0 as their operative system.
Good one, Canouna. I have to apologize to the administrators for this off topic posting, but I couldn't help it. I had to post something until Enterprise key arrives.
Cause we installed the standard edition from the dvd which has all versions on it. only when everything was set up (only took a couple of days) we discovered that we only have the key for the enterprise edition. MS allows an edition downgrade, but the product key has to be applied for and I fear that our installation will quit working as activation is due in 2 days... make sense?
Please Share 2008R2 Enterprise Key Yes, please share the 2008 R2 Enterprise Key by posting it here. You will find the 2008 R2 Standard Key that you require at the beginning of this Thread.
A miracle............ It's funny that all this time has passed since the R2 release and yet with all the subscribers in this forum, not one of them can come up with a key for 2008 R2 Enterprise. My situation is that the domain I have access to contains only 2003 R2 Standard servers and no 2008, due to budget and size. I've been meaning to go to one of these computer hardware retailers that sell servers and access a key from one of their running demo machines but don't have a store I can get to in my area.
Talking about SERVER, it is quite common that newest does not mean the best. For instance, the latest release of Enterprise Linux is based upon Fedora 6, which was released on 10/24/2006. So I guess that there should be quite a few 2008 servers.
We have budgeted 3 ENT 2008 R2 for this year. Surprisingly Dell OEM was quite more expensive then buying non-OEM edition from another retailer...
