Windows Server 2016 Remove Evaluation License to Activate

    I have Windows Server 2016 Standard Evaluation installed. Lot of home lab setup on it and thus don't want to rebuild it.

    Is there any way to remove the evaluation so that I can use any existing tool (which one?) to activate it permanently?

    Any steps will be helpful :)
