    Is there a latest freshes ISO of 2019 server with desktop experience? or which ISO would that be?

    And this is full ISO with desktop experience

    I saw that there were links for this at one point (they now seem to be dead), but I'm in need of the 17763.914 build ISO, which is en_windows_server_2019_updated_dec_2019_x64_dvd_16a7884e.iso for Server 2019. Dec 2019. Anyone happen to have it and willing to upload it somewhere for me?
