    That setup file really means nothing at all!
    Installprep.exe (former setup.exe) that live in the sources directory of the iso is the big boss.
    The setup.exe in the root of the iso (the one that has indeed leaked) just calls installprep.exe.
    So it's more like a shortcut to installprep.

    Also look at the circled R next to Microsoft and Windows. Those both look a little weird. Lol

    Skype works will all builds, just run in Windows 7 compatibility mode.

    Actually, skype doesn't work in 7959, even with compatibility mode.

    actually , the secret is , anyone can make theese kinds of foolish things showing builds which have not even been compiled , use any resource editor to edit the metadata
