After build 10162 I found that Windows Spotlight option is missing in the Lock Screen Settings on my desktop PC (It did appeared in build 10130 & earlier). However, the option appears on my tablet. I used the same installation image and that makes me feel very strange. Wondering if you guys are having the same issue. P.S. I've got a few guesses: Perhaps windows spotlight is only available on mobile devices or Wi-Fi is needed. But that doesn't make any sense.
It seems to have been removed for some reason, it's probably coming back with a update. Don't know whyit's gone as i had no bugs with it, maybe it's just mistake anyway.
I think it may have been the reaction MS got after saying/implying it will advertise Apps and features. Displaying a 'Stunning picture of a landscape' good. Displaying an advert for 'Hemroid Cream' not so good.
