Hi to all dear MDL friends :)
I'm a newbie in scripting and after a week of hardworking... and finally I finished this simple and stupid tool which can somehow detect WHICH UPDATES ARE NOT INSTALLED and deploy them for installation!

so if you've got a bunch of *.msu files which you have no idea which have to be installed, but you're sure all of 'em belong to your current version of windows... then be my guest

    Release Notes:

    - update files have to be in universal naming format: "Windows?-KB???????-x??.msu".

    - no "go to update/script folder from cmd..." required! script will ask you for *.msu(s) folder path.

    - Script uses DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management) to update windows.

    - Script will extract *.msu(s) to *.cab(s) using WUSA (Windows Update Standalone Installer)
before using in DISM, because I've experienced problems installing *.msu files even with /ignorecheck switch.
by the way, *.cab(s) don't need to extract twice and present a more lightweight installation!

    - Credits goes to Murphy78 and other MDL guys which I tweaked their scripts and made this one.

I've tested it, so it must not be so buggy! anyway I would appreciate any further comments on this script, both to admit or criticize...

credits and comments are included in the script and will be automatically removed by pressing the 2nd "Any Key"...

    UPDATE:

sorry, I changed the filename to WSUS(Run as Admin).cmd before uploading which caused it to exit after deleting credits. it's fixed now :)

    Download & Enjoy

I can not download because "WSUS.zip is a malicious file and has blocked chrome."
