    I see.
KMS method (following Tito's instructions, post#7) didn't work either :(

    Code:
    Windows Script Host
    ---------------------------
    Activating Windows(R) 7, Embedded edition (aa6dd3aa-c2b4-40e2-a544-a6bbb3f5c395) ...

On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0x8007000D' to display the error text.

    Error: 0x8007000D

I retried using Tr3bg0D's (post #78) instructions. Same result :(.

    Any ideas?

Retry slmgr.vbs /ato until it works eventually.

lol. yeah it is a virus itself technically. lol Most all activators are consider as a virus/riskware/etc. by most all good AV products, so there is probably nothing wrong with the file at all.

@Gremo, which part is too difficult for you?

ThinPC activates ONLY via Volume Licensing, which means KMS or MAK

If you have MAK key (friend, Technet, leaked & still working etc) then you are done
If you do NOT have above then KMS server will do. That can be legal company one.
I assume you do NOT have the above

Then use the well known Windows 7 mini-KMS_Activator in any form or shape (any will do the job)

Just use KMS key for your ThinPC & point it to your activator

    Job done

Hi Guys, let me just say I'm not the type of person to post without doing a lot of reading and experimentation first but I am stumped on this activation! :(
Im trying to activate it on an Acer Revo
This is what I have tried so far....

I downloaded ThinPC_110415_EVAL_x86fre.iso and created an answer file (coz i read of rebooting every 20 mins if i didnt) with the key ending CQ22C but during install it said the key was not valid. I then tried with no key and when installed, I used Microsoft Toolkit 2.4.3 but got the following error message

    Code:
    ERROR CODE: 0xC004F035
ERROR TEXT: The Software Licensing Service reported that the computer could not be activated with a Volume license product key. Volume-licensed systems require upgrading from a qualifying operating system. Please contact your system administrator or use a different type of key.
WARNING: It will be impossible to activate via KMS due to OEM BIOS issues.
    <Product activation failed>
I used the xdelta patch to convert to SW_DVD5_Windows_Thin_PC_W32_English_MLF_X17-53657
after install using Microsoft Toolkit 2.4.3 I get the same error message

Can anyone advise what I am doing wrong or is it an incompatibility with my bios? (which I find hard to believe)
