Windows to Go not booting

    I used the "WinToUSB" program to install Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64bits on my Corsair Survivor 3.0 32 GB and it doesn't boot.
    But it does go to the windows flag logo and the spinny dots and then disk activity stops on the USB drive and it just sits there spinning away for ever.
    I did try this on multiple systems.
    How do you fix that?
