I gave up because my whole system just started blue screening just went back to 7 most likely a virus
If you thought it was a virus, did you try and get rid of it at all? Going back is always a viable remedy, even Microsoft offers a way to revert 10 to 7, but if you though it was a virus why not try and eliminate it first? I'm just curious if you had a virus what it was, how you detected it and which anti virus program was effective.
Don't know if anyone mentioned this, windows firewall needs to be enabled, otherwise windows updates won't work, i had the same issue, enabling the firewall fixed it for me, if you're referring to windows updates itself that is.
The only best solution is to download the build and install manually,i did the same.As i'm new to the forum I couldn't post any links.There is a post about the latest build in this forum you can find the link and download it
