Yes, WUMT works on 1703 but WUMT Integrator doesn't, at least in my case

 

I think dobbelina is working on solution for 1703 but may have to wait until after 11 Apr when build number changes

can I upgrade my windows with this tool? I mean not only update also upgrade it to another build and newer build.is it possible?

upgrades are done by wumt, this is an integrator which helps to make the use of wumt seamless.
And YES, you can upgrade win 10 builds using wumt.

 

As of 2019.10.28 WUMT works on my 1903 Win10 Pro, but the Integrator does not.

use WUMGR , WUMT are deprecated

 

but WUMT still works fine for me even in windows 11. I would just like the integration to work in windows 11 aswell.

 

so WUMGR will start when I click the windows update notification in the bottom right hand cormer?
