I agree abbodi. Just a function that highlights/id known updates which push OSupgrade, that's it. I know this implies maintaining and tracking future similar updates so lets see what does stupid user decide, again just OSupgrade not telemetry, people that wants telemetry updates to be stopped should handle those by themselves with paranoid-tools already available.
I figured it out. I have Comodo Firewall but when I disable Windows Firewall Service (in services.msc) Windows Update stopped working but when I enable Windows Firewall Service (in services.msc) Windows Update again working fine What the hell?!
^ some services require Windows Firewall to be on in order to work. Counter-intuitive in this case, but that's the way it is.
