The thing with the error code you are receiving is that it relates to your computer's time being out of sync with Microsoft's update servers. If the difference is too much, it wont let you update. It may be worth resseting your modem / router and double checking your time and date settings again. To be honest this is strange being as you have performed a clean install.

Is your BIOS date/time correct as well? (should be but you never know... maybe low battery)

I Click On The 1St Blue Square And Then It Directs To A Site Where I Should Download A File, That´s Neccessary For That Validation.
    Edit: It´s Windows Activation Update.Exe

You need to run that executable file. This a little plugin that enables your OS to be validated online.

If you are trying to validate using IE7 then you should get a pop up bar across the top of your screen just underneath the web address bar. Click on this box and select "run add on / activex". This should set the validation process going.

And why not? Everyone can download it so it has to be related to your own doings, what did you do? disable all ActiveX prompts? Or is the WindowsUpdate site included in your hosts entries?
and btw the filename is called 'WindowsActivationUpdate.exe'

The activeX will come with the page. I tried this out in IE and i get the pop-up to run the activex, click allow and validation begins.

One other thing worth trying is the built in troubleshooter. Goto windows update / history, click the troubleshooter link and follow the prompts. maybe this will help.
