I do walk a lot, as for food I am a fussy eater, so the only fruit I will eat is Apples, and most veg I eat are raw, which is actually better for anyone including me But thanks for the advise.

Thanks, i was going to see that page later today, and then find out about non-security updates. As for the weekend, I'm planning to do a spring clean of my flat, cause it needs it. After that, watch football and Formula 1.

 

Localised versions

Anyone know how to get local versions of the updates list, like Danish and German???

You can use the list of steven4554, as it is not language specific and then can be applied to danish or german version of Windows.

 

Tried it the other day, but it seems to be English.

GUI of WUD is in english but updates (.msu files), can be installed on other version of windows even danish in your case i suppose.

Sure? In the 7z file there are 2 ulz files. I need to extract these files? The 7z is password protected....
