WUD is having a one month of suggesting new features and bug finding, so please discuss what you would like to see in future builds of Windows Updates Downloader. I have one feature in mind, that's to download GPU drivers from Intel, AMD and Nvidia but I really would like to hear from you. Since only GPU Drivers is the only feature which has so far received two votes, it would be nice if more ideas for additional features were posted for improving WUD. Remember the end of voting is on October 1st 2026. Until then here's a small image below on what I have been doing with an internal build of WUD that currently has GPU Driver support for NVIDIA, AMD and Intel. This wasn't easy, as both AMD and Intel have special download technologies that will not allow downloading through a third party program like WUD. So I had to make extensive code changes to get the downloads to work. I do plan on continuing to improve. One more thing, this feature cannot be backported to previous versions of WUD, due to the code changes made. NVIDIA drivers might download on the latest stable build v6.0.1182.0, but since that version doesn't have the code changes I can not guarantee if it will download every time. So if you make a custom update list, this will not be supported.
September 17th, 2026 - Windows Updates Downloader version 6.0.1182.0 And the BETA build with support for GPU driver downloads will be released on October 8th, 2026.
