Updatelist should be expected very soon right ? Today i got 3 updates from winupdate for my 64bit windows 7.
Ah allright. Thanks I misread alittle, i was reading the office updates Edit: Hm doesnt seem to work properly, im using winrar 3.9.3.. getting a message sayin bout unknown method for each file..
I used a new compression method (LZMA2) in making the 7z file, so that's why winrar can't extract it. In my next update, i'll revert back to the old method so it will work in both 7-zip and Winrar.
Awesome - Thanks. I am a new member and quite impressed with all the effort put into this update facility. I have downloaded and installed WUD and the latest Windows 7 xxx.7z files. Also downloaded some of the updates. Suggestion: Place latest 7z file in central place so that user know where to al;ways downloaded the latest file. Questions 1. Will future update 7z files always include all update from MS and if so how will I know what updates I have already downloaded? 2. I have downloaded some of the updates. Do I have to install them one by one or is there a program that will do that for me? How will I know what was installed? 3. Is there update available for the final release of Office 2010? 4. Is there some tutorial available that will explain all of this?
The only problem in making this thread a stickie is it just doesn't pertain to windows 7 update lists are avalable for other windows OS and Office systems.
