The database has been updated. It is current as of 05 April 2009. Thank you to those who have contributed. Apparently, I missed out on the Gigabyte certificate. Can someone reupload please.

Can someone please tell me how to make my own OEM disc. I dont understand how this is suppose to work. The Keys itself will not make it an OEM. There has to be something else needed on the disc.
Yes there is keyrange for Vista Enterprise OEM:SLP keys, but no any mention of OEM:NONSLP or OEM:COA keyrange for Vista Enterprise, which means without doubt, that Vista Enterprise is never preinstalled on brand computers for sale on market, just because they all come with additional individual oem:nonslp or oem:coa key on the sticker. Plus in MS whitepaper for SLP2.0 they mention what versions of Vista they give out slp keys for to OEM's, Enterprise not included. Finally, no any brand just never ever have suggested for sale a single machine with oem Vista Ent preinstalled. But since these slp keys theoretically exist... maybe chance is they are used on comp's, distributed in some internal or closed areas, like MS itself, or secret services or government, who knows...
Well, we all know Enterprise is only available through Volume License. So perhaps OEMs give out Volume:MAK or Volume:GVLK keys instead of OEM:COA or OEM:NONSLP. In the SLP 2.0 whitepaper that I have, all it says about Vista editions is this: The following are requirements to implement OEM Activation 2.0: •OA 2.0 Product Key provided by Microsoft •One OA 2.0 Product Key per Windows Vista™ edition (for example, Windows Vista™ Home Basic, Windows Vista™ Starter, and Windows Vista™ Ultimate) and, possibly, per language for certain languages such as Russian). Those are just examples. As you can see, it also doesn't mention Home Premium, Business or the N editions, and they all have OEM:SLP keys too. But perhaps you have an updated whitepaper. In that case, could you please share it? Exactly. The only way we will ever see OEM:SLP keys for Enterprise, is if a company orders multiple computers with Vista Enterprise pre-installed by a royalty OEM. That's why it's so damn hard to find these keys. It's a god forsaken combination of Volume License + pre-installed Enterprise by royalty OEMs. No, I don't think they are as obscure as you say they are. They obviously exist, but the scenario for them to appear is a bit rare, as I explained above.
I am looking for Windows Vista Starter and Vista Ultimate Keys OEM:COA or OEM:NONSLP Keys, if anyone has it pm me. Also I am looking for Windows Home Server Genuine keys. Thanks in advance
You will never get any of those type of keys if some one was to post their key then that's them screwed there own system.
Any mod should be able to edit them. I'm working on getting permission from the main guy to be able to edit this one and the Server 08 thread to keep them updated.
