Vista do not even recognize my SSD when it boots. I'm also on a ryzen 3500u on a Lenovo S145, it works fine with slipstreamed win7 isos (the trackpad an exception) and a modded vega 8 driver. No idea at all why it doesn't even finds the nvme ssd in vista installer at all, so i've switched to an old sempron-onboard nvidia machine that a client gave me freely and will stay on it. Performance suffers but Vista is fine on it and i prefer cheap chinese parts and compatibility with my board, while i've installed FreeBSD (ghostBSD) in my laptop, but i would love to try vista someday or another

Because Vista does not include the NVMe driver, and also no one even bothering to make NVMe driver for Vista, so, currently only way is to change the NVMe SSD to SATA SSD

Thank you. I will be using an AM2-3 motherboard PC instead. things are working on them in SATA.
