windows.~ws folder, is it safe to delete it ?

    So I upgraded to Windows 10, and using clean up I got rid of the others folders/files. But this folder is still there?
    Is ok to delete it now?

    yes, its used during the creation of the media you made with the media creation tool from MS.

    do not forget to check clean up system files to get rid of the old windows installation

    Same with me. I do not want to upgrade to windows 10 so I delete that folder. I am wondering that does windows 8.1 automatically download upgrade folders again ?
