RemoteApp. It allows you to build your own XP Mode essentially, if you don't have a version of Win7 (e.g. Ultimate, Business) that permits XP Mode. The Vista one would give you a "Vista Mode," though it's largely pointless since Vista apps run in Win7 directly. You install the little RemoteApp tool into your own XP VM, and it "publishes" the apps you have installed there into a menu in Win7, exactly like XP Mode.
