    You have to have Virtual Pc installed in order to install Xp Mode. One can not function without the other.

    What about the registration? You have to enter a key, but of course the key included in the vhd isn't accepted anymore...

    Xp Mode is already registered. Just install Virtual PC first then Xp Mode.

    It says it needs to be activated yet (by typing in a product key). I do use the RTM of VPC, don't know if it matters...
