You can use Daz's loader along with Grub2. Just check "Preserve current boot code" under advanced option. WindSLIC boot CD PC boots -> Boot from this CD -> SLIC is emulated in memory -> boot from HDD
How does that work? Does grub2 chainload the daz boot loader for Win7, or the other way around? Honestly if the grub4dos command line options like geometry, tab completion, entry editing, etc. were left in, I'd just use that. Ahhh... thank you. If I wanted to use one of the HP SLICs, how would I choose which one to use, being that there there are five of them? What's the difference?
I think yes; it just chainloads the loader. There is practically no difference; only OEMTableID is different
