I have some questions: I activated Windows with the release batch on my Gigabyte Z77-D3H mobo. Can I update my BIOS? What must I not do? Can I dual-boot Ubuntu and Windows 7?

I managed to activate windows 7 ultimate on my laptop installed in UEFI mode just by running your "Release_06-16-2012" from the first post. So far, so good. Other activators are useless for uefi mod.

For all noobs like me out there just run install.bat from the folder "Release_06-16-2012".

This is confirmed to work on laptop ASUS K53SV. Not sure for others.

 

when i try to install Release_06-16-2012 it says :

WindSLIC boot entry not found.
system is not EFI

what does it means ?

I have problem with activation of Windows 7 Ultimate on laptop Lenovo IdeaPad Z580 i5-3210M.
Daz Activator give me error: "Unsupported partition table".
So I come here and find this tool My Digital Activator.exe. Can I use this activator to activate this lenovo laptop for long time if I choose Lenovo cert + key(new)?

Fine, but in BOOTX64.EFI I can only find SLP 1.0 AcerSystem entry & none for SLIC...

I think I vaguely remember that the slic got encrypted at some point...
