Wondering the same thing. I have no idea how to get this thing working. I built the source using Visual Studio 2013 since 2010 won't compile it. Ran install.bat, and it doesn't appear to activate anything?
Hii, sorry for this up date I really don't like windows 10. Then i download Win7 ultimate in UEFI but the SLIC url is down... Can a superhero send me the injector pleeeeese ?
Seems so that the upgrade of the forum software broke almost all old attachments. Is it possible that some post the most recent binary release file nononsence had posted? Thanks in advance
The problem exists after the installation of Windows 7, e.g. Diskpart + Clean + convert mbr on cmd - Yeah this works, but only for a short while. The windows installation just reverts the mbr formatted partition back to gpt. This was my case using Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 .
Well, this is virtually impossible. Please provide some detailed info, like the model of mobo, bios version, which media you've used etc.
From what I understand, if my BIOS came with SLIC 2.1 shipped from the manufacturer, I don't need WindSLIC for activating a new installation of Windows 7 on a GPT formatted partition, is that correct?
The current one is only available as a x64 bootloader - no support for x86 UEFI. What do you want to do with it?
This is kinda outdated & unsupported on newer platforms. Judging from your post history, you've already got a SLIC modded firmware for your mobo, so this will be useless anyway.
Every Windows 7 SKU (except Enterprise) can be OEM:SLP activated using the SLIC modded firmware - be it's installed on UEFI mode or legacy. Windows 10 doesn't use SLIC/OEM:SLP activation but it can be used to get digital entitlement.
